CUTLERY
We recommend 18/10 stainless steel cutlery.
Avoid silver, gold, or copper-plated utensils, as they may leave surface marks. These marks are simply metal residue, not ceramic damage, and are not covered by returns or warranty.
They can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend or fine 1000-grit wet sandpaper.
TEMPERATURE
microwave and dishwasher-safe
Although fired at 2192 °F (1200 °C) for durability, our ceramics still require proper care. Handle with care, avoid exposure to open flame or stovetops, and remember they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.
For oven use, always start from room temperature, preheat gradually, and never exceed 335 °F (170 °C). Allow pieces to cool slowly, as larger items are more sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
HANDMADE
variations in shape and size
Our tableware is handmade, which means natural variations in color, texture, and finish are expected. These differences (whether between individual pieces or within a single item) are not defects but part of each piece’s unique character and value.
Customized designs (including dies, inks, and high-temperature adhesives) may show slight variations depending on the shape and size of the item.
GLASSWARE
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLASSWARE
Our glassware is handmade, one piece at a time, using 100% recycled glass. Small variations in color, shape, size, and tiny bubbles are natural and part of each piece’s unique value not defects.
To care for your glass:
- Hand wash recommended with mild soap and a soft sponge.
- If using a dishwasher: top rack only, gentle/low-heat cycle. Avoid sanitize/high-heat drying.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes (no boiling liquid into a cold glass).
- Do not use abrasive pads or cleaners.
- Dry with a soft cloth to reduce water spots.
