No Returns Policy
All sales at HUMO 1810 are final.
Each of our pieces is handcrafted stoneware or hand-blown glass, made in small batches by artisans. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We ask that you take a moment to review your order — size, color, quantity, and shipping details — before checking out. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out to us at [email] and we'll be happy to help.
On the nature of handmade pieces
Every HUMO 1810 stoneware and glass piece is shaped, glazed, and fired by hand. Slight variations in color, glaze finish, surface texture, weight, dimensions, and form are part of what makes each piece one of a kind — they are inherent to the craft, not defects. No two pieces will be exactly alike, and that is by design.
Damage in transit
We pack every order with care, but stoneware and glass are fragile by nature. If your piece arrives broken or visibly damaged from shipping, please contact us at [email] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged piece
- Photos of the original packaging (inside and outside)
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same piece (subject to availability) or issue store credit at our discretion. This is the only circumstance in which we make an exception to our no-returns policy.
Order cancellations and changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed, as production and packing begin shortly after checkout.
Made-to-order and custom pieces
Pieces made to order, customized, or produced in special colorways are strictly final sale and are not eligible for replacement or store credit under any circumstance, including transit damage. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
Shipping
HUMO 1810 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, for delays caused by the carrier or customs, or for issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
