Color

For pasta, a tartare, a tasting portion arranged across the plane. The plate is wide and flat at its center, with a triangular perimeter that gives the diner three distinct edges to read the composition against.

A low lip keeps the sauce in place. Available in Taupe and White; the matte finishes let the food lead while the silhouette provides the structure. Stoneware. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Care Instructions

Although fired at 2192 °F (1200 °C) for durability, our ceramics still require proper care. Handle with care, avoid exposure to open flame or stovetops, and remember they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.

For oven use, always start from room temperature, preheat gradually, and never exceed 335 °F (170 °C). Allow pieces to cool slowly, as larger items are more sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
CUTLERY

We recommend 18/10 stainless steel cutlery. Avoid silver, gold, or copper-plated utensils, as they may leave surface marks. These marks are simply metal residue, not ceramic damage, and are not covered by returns or warranty.

They can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend or fine 1000-grit wet sandpaper.
