The rim lifts just enough to hold a sauce, then settles back into a three-sided plan that reads like a pebble worn slow. The well is generous — 8.25" across, 2.25" deep — a shallow coupe that gives a portion of cacio e pepe room to breathe without crowding the table. At 11 oz the wall is considered: substantial in the hand, quiet on a linen.

Finished in the semi-matte HUMO glaze system — Pardo, Chocolate, Sand — each color pooling a shade deeper where the curve turns toward the base. Stoneware. Small flecks and faint variations in the glaze are the evidence of a hand, not a defect. Dishwasher, microwave, and food safe.

Care Instructions

Although fired at 2192 °F (1200 °C) for durability, our ceramics still require proper care. Handle with care, avoid exposure to open flame or stovetops, and remember they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.

For oven use, always start from room temperature, preheat gradually, and never exceed 335 °F (170 °C). Allow pieces to cool slowly, as larger items are more sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
CUTLERY

We recommend 18/10 stainless steel cutlery. Avoid silver, gold, or copper-plated utensils, as they may leave surface marks. These marks are simply metal residue, not ceramic damage, and are not covered by returns or warranty.

They can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend or fine 1000-grit wet sandpaper.
