For a main course, a composed salad, a pasta that needs space to be read properly. The Dinner Plate is the largest form in the Sujo collection and the one that shows the organic rim most clearly at scale: the edge rises and falls in long, unhurried waves that make the plate look handmade from across the table.

The interior is wide and flat, with a low rim that keeps sauces in place without boxing in the composition. Glazed in the Sujo color range; variation in glaze pooling and edge finish is characteristic of the work. Stoneware. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Care Instructions

microwave and dishwasher-safe

Although fired at 2192 °F (1200 °C) for durability, our ceramics still require proper care. Handle with care, avoid exposure to open flame or stovetops, and remember they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.

For oven use, always start from room temperature, preheat gradually, and never exceed 335 °F (170 °C). Allow pieces to cool slowly, as larger items are more sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
CUTLERY

We recommend 18/10 stainless steel cutlery. Avoid silver, gold, or copper-plated utensils, as they may leave surface marks. These marks are simply metal residue, not ceramic damage, and are not covered by returns or warranty.

They can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend or fine 1000-grit wet sandpaper.
