Built on the same lineage as the Oax Shot but scaled for daily drinking, the Oax Cup carries a squat, low-bellied profile with a lip that rolls quietly inward. The 3.75" D x 3.25" H form holds 12 oz — the working volume of a morning coffee, a short pour of wine, a tall glass of water cut in half. It sits with weight on the table.

Stoneware. Dressed in HUMO's semi-matte palette — Rojizo, Sand, Taupe, Black — where small shifts in surface and tone read as evidence of the kiln rather than flaw. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Stacks cleanly in a cabinet.

Care Instructions

microwave and dishwasher-safe

Although fired at 2192 °F (1200 °C) for durability, our ceramics still require proper care. Handle with care, avoid exposure to open flame or stovetops, and remember they are microwave and dishwasher-safe.

For oven use, always start from room temperature, preheat gradually, and never exceed 335 °F (170 °C). Allow pieces to cool slowly, as larger items are more sensitive to sudden temperature changes.
CUTLERY

We recommend 18/10 stainless steel cutlery. Avoid silver, gold, or copper-plated utensils, as they may leave surface marks. These marks are simply metal residue, not ceramic damage, and are not covered by returns or warranty.

They can be removed using Bar Keepers Friend or fine 1000-grit wet sandpaper.
